Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and scope

This policy applies to visitors using the Yagu Futura SL website and any future account, enquiry or purchase service. Browse and use the site lawfully, respecting other people’s rights and the security of the service.

2. Prohibited activity

• Unauthorised access to accounts, private data or restricted systems.
• Malware, malicious scripts, denial-of-service attempts or deliberate interference with the website.
• Fraud, impersonation, false payment information or use of another person’s details without authority.
• Unlawful, threatening, discriminatory or infringing submissions.
• Automated activity that bypasses access controls or materially disrupts normal service.

3. Information you provide

Provide only information needed for your request and ensure you are authorised to share it. Do not submit card details, identity documents, health records or other sensitive material through preview forms. No message or purchase service is currently connected.

4. Content and product use

Do not misrepresent demo listings as verified products or commercial offers. Do not copy protected material for unauthorised republication. Animal care content is general guidance, not veterinary advice; follow verified manufacturer instructions and seek professional advice for health concerns.

5. Security reporting

If you notice a vulnerability, report a concise description through verified contact details once available. Do not exploit it, access others’ information or publish private data. Permission to carry out intrusive security testing is not granted by this policy.

6. Response to misuse

Where appropriate and lawful, access may be restricted, offending material removed or incidents referred to the relevant authorities. Any action must be proportionate and respect applicable rights. No implemented moderation, monitoring or account restriction service is claimed in this preview.
