Legal & customer care
Warranty Information
Statutory legal guarantee
EU consumers generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for non-conforming goods. Applicable national rules may provide additional protection. The seller’s responsibilities are separate from any manufacturer warranty.
Defects and remedies
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination. The operational reporting procedure and country-specific details require legal review.
Commercial warranties
An additional manufacturer warranty will be shown only where verified, with its terms and provider. No warranty promise is made for demo items. Keep identification and order information when reporting a defect through the future verified support channel.
