Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

The company operating this storefront is Yagu Futura SL, C/ Sindicats 3 y 5, Polígono de La Carrerera de Albalat, Alzira, Spain. Privacy contact: [email protected]. Company details have been supplied by the business; processing arrangements and this draft policy still require legal review before launch.

2. What the current preview processes

Your cart identifiers and quantities, selected display currency and cookie preference are stored locally in your browser. They do not require an account. Checkout preview details include your name, email and shipping address. The printable preview keeps those details only in the current page session’s memory, not in browser storage or an order database, and a full reload removes that preview.

No real order, payment, account or subscription service is connected. The contact form does not deliver messages. Do not enter sensitive information or card data in any preview form. This notice does not assert that the hosting platform records no requests or technical logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Necessary browser storage supports the cart and your chosen settings. Optional cookies, if added, must remain disabled without consent. For a future live store, processing needed to fulfil a purchase would generally rely on contractual necessity; legally required records on legal obligations; and optional marketing on the appropriate consent. The actual activities and legal bases must be documented before those services are enabled.

4. Providers and data sharing

The website is hosted through Lovable. Hosting may process technical request information. The exact hosting arrangements, processor identities and safeguards must be confirmed. Payment, delivery, customer support and email providers have not been configured; no supplier relationship or data-sharing integration is implied.

5. Retention

Local settings remain on your device until cleared or replaced. The checkout preview disappears after a full reload or when you remove it. Printed or saved copies are under your control. Retention periods for future orders, tax records, support enquiries and technical logs remain to be documented against legal requirements.

6. International transfers

Hosting locations and any processing outside the EEA must be verified. Where required, transfers must rely on a valid legal mechanism and appropriate safeguards. No claim of EU-only hosting is made by this draft.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. Some rights depend on the purpose and legal basis. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority.

Send privacy requests to [email protected]. For locally stored settings, you can also clear site data in your browser. We must verify identity proportionately when handling a request and avoid requesting unnecessary information.

8. Children, security and automated decisions

The store is not designed to collect children’s data. No automated credit decisions or profiling service is configured. Security controls and incident procedures for any future live service require verification; we make no claim of a completed security certification.

9. Cookies and updates

See the Cookie Policy for browser storage and consent choices. Reopen Cookie preferences in the footer at any time. This draft must be updated when the actual services, data flows and seller details are confirmed.
