Terms of Service

1. About Yagu Futura SL and these terms

Yagu Futura SL is a pet lifestyle storefront in preparation. The seller is Yagu Futura SL, registered at C/ Sindicats 3 y 5, Polígono de La Carrerera de Albalat, Alzira, Spain. Registration: B98738545. VAT: [VAT identification number — not confirmed]. Contact: [email protected]. These details require verification before trading begins.

These terms cover use of the website and describe the proposed framework for future sales. They do not replace mandatory consumer protections. The final sales terms must be reviewed for the countries served before checkout is activated.

2. Preview status and product information

The store currently accepts no real orders or payments. Demo products are examples, not commercial offers. Demo prices, variants and availability are unverified. Adding an item to a cart or printing a checkout preview does not create a contract or reserve stock.

Before real sale, each product must have verified specifications, availability, manufacturer identification and applicable warnings. Editorial photographs illustrate the brand’s intended direction; they are not evidence of a specific product’s materials or construction.

3. Future orders and contract formation

Before ordering is enabled, the checkout must show the actual items, final price, delivery conditions and seller identity. The point at which an order becomes binding, acceptance process and confirmation method remain to be specified. A payment acknowledgement alone must not be confused with acceptance of an order.

4. Prices, currencies and payment

Catalog amounts are maintained in EUR. USD, GBP and PLN displays use illustrative, non-live conversion rates. Future payment is planned in EUR. No payment method is currently connected, and card details are not collected.

Shipping and tax are not configured. Preview totals are item estimates, not final payable prices. VAT treatment, delivery charges and the complete payable amount must be disclosed before any real order can be confirmed.

5. Delivery and availability

The intended market is the European Union. Actual delivery countries, carriers, costs and estimates are pending. The planned fulfilment model may involve warehouse and supplier shipments, including separate parcels. No dispatch or delivery promise is made for preview items.

6. Withdrawal, refunds and non-conforming goods

EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases, subject to applicable exceptions. See the Refund Policy for the general framework. Rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods are separate from change-of-mind returns and cannot be excluded by these terms.

7. Responsible website use

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, impersonate another person or submit unlawful material. The Acceptable Use Policy provides further detail. Report suspected errors or security issues through verified support details once available.

8. Content and intellectual property

Website branding, editorial content and design may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the site for personal browsing and retain a personal order record. No broader permission to republish content or use another party’s trademarks is implied.

9. Liability and statutory rights

We do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, or limit mandatory consumer rights. Final liability provisions and applicable law require legal review. Website descriptions must not be treated as veterinary advice; consult a qualified professional for animal health concerns.

10. Complaints and changes

For a future order complaint, provide the order reference and a clear explanation using the published customer care contact. Applicable dispute resolution arrangements are pending. Changes to these terms will be published here; sales terms applicable to an accepted order must be identifiable.
