Refund Policy

1. Current store status

No real orders or payments are accepted in this preview, so there are no preview purchases to refund. The following describes the general EU consumer framework, not a fully configured operational returns service. Final terms and return addresses need legal review.

2. Change-of-mind withdrawal

For most distance purchases, EU consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The starting point can differ for multiple goods delivered separately or other delivery arrangements. Applicable exceptions and country-specific protections must be checked for the actual products sold.

3. Notifying the seller

Once trading begins, send an unambiguous withdrawal statement to the verified seller contact before the period expires. Identify the order, items, receipt date and your contact details. A model withdrawal form and working submission method must be supplied before launch.

4. Returning goods

The general EU rule requires goods to be sent back within 14 days of notifying withdrawal, unless the seller collects them. Keep evidence of dispatch. Do not send goods to a supplier address unless the seller confirms that address for your return. Return destinations and any split-return instructions are currently pending.

Direct return costs may be borne by the consumer only where the law allows and appropriate advance information was supplied. Yagu Futura SL’s actual return-cost arrangements are not yet configured. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of goods may affect the refundable amount where permitted by law.

5. Refund timing and method

The general EU framework requires reimbursement within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, including standard outbound delivery costs where applicable. For goods, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods or evidence of return are received, unless collection is offered. Extra costs of a delivery option above the least expensive standard option generally need not be reimbursed.

Reimbursement generally uses the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without a fee to the consumer. No payment provider is connected, so an operational refund process cannot yet be promised.

6. Exceptions

Legal exceptions can include goods made to specification, goods liable to deteriorate rapidly and certain sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Do not assume that all pet products are excluded. Any valid exception must be assessed for the specific item and disclosed before purchase.

7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Rights for non-conforming goods are separate from withdrawal rights. EU consumers generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee, with national rules that may provide additional protection. Remedies can include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination as applicable. A commercial manufacturer warranty does not replace statutory rights.

Keep the product identification, order reference and a description of the issue. Photographs may help assess damage. If a product may be unsafe, stop using it and follow verified reporting instructions once available. No arbitrary reporting deadline in this draft restricts your statutory rights.
